Judging & Proper form
Please make sure you properly address all workouts and movement standards. Respect the call of the person who is judging you and show good sportsmanship. We aim for an honest competition where the best athletes will continue on to the finals!
Scoring & Ranking
After completing a workout, make sure you check your scoring and sign the score card. When finished with all the workouts, affiliate owners will add your score to our website. They will do so on saturday before midnight. We don’t want to allow people to re-do workouts, hence the short window of opportunity of administering the scores.
You must check your scores on our website to make sure it is correct.
In case of an error you can file an objection on your scoring until Sunday the 30th at midnight. You can do so by sending an e-mail to Joris Trooster, he will contact your affiliate or our head-judge Nolan Mooney. You can reach Joris at firstname.lastname@example.org. As soon as we’ve got the final ranking we will publish it. Until then an unofficial ranking can be viewed on the website.
The top 70 men and top 30 woman will continue to the final event on Sunday the 14th of October!
Scaling / Not performing al workouts
You are free to scale the workouts to your liking. However, in order for workouts to count towards the ranking for the finals, they have to be performed unscaled. The same applies to people doing only one or two workouts. Your score can be added, but only athletes performing all three workouts will be accounted for the final ranking.
