 Jump Ropes…. They are back…

In different kind of colours we’ve got the jump ropes with the longer handles. The handles are  18,5 cm long which make it easier to rotate. The handles bushing design that allows a smooth  rotation on every jump. The cable is 2,5 mm steel wire with a nylon coating. The cable is 304,8  cm and adjusts simply by cutting the cable to length that best suites your needs.

 

How to size a Jump rope:

Stand on the middle of the rope with one foot
Pull the handles straight up making sure the rope is taut.
For beginners, the top of the handles should reach close to the shoulder.
For experienced jumpers, the top of the handles should reach the armpit or below.
For double unders, the top of the handles should reach the nipple line.
If the handles extend beyond your shoulders, your rope needs to be shortened.
