CrossFit Kids teaches the CrossFit methodology to children between the ages of 3 and 18 years old.
It all starts at the basics, and that includes movement as well; before you can walk, you need to learn how to stand. Based on this principle with the starting point of daily functional movement, for both kids and adults, CrossFit Kids puts the emphasis on executing the movement correctly. Through constant monitoring of moving safely and correctly, this will result in proper physical locomotion, better results in sports and reduced injury in children. And not only that; a healthy body and healthy mind go much better together. Being active and learning new skills can have a positive effect on the academic results in children.
CrossFit Kids intends to introduce the above mentioned methodology in a fun and exciting way. Everything is scalable based on age or skill level.

Classes will be on Sundays:
10:00 – 11:00h | CF Kids 6-10 year
11:00 – 12:00h | CF Kids 11-15 year
How to participate?
A child is always welcome to start a free trial class first. If he/she then decides to join, membership will be €65 for a 10x punch card.
Parents have the opportunity to join the regular WOD during the CrossFit Kids class. This does require a membership, of a sign up for a free trial class.
