Are you ready, are you the fittest you’ve ever been? The Open is about to kick off. Five consecutive weeks of pure pleasure and joy!

To proof your ultimate fitness level, scaled or RX’d, we don’t care, this is your opportunity to go extra hard, finally hit that PR or amaze yourself by going to the darkest place you’ve ever been and survive. We’re here to cheer and scream, to coach and judge but most of all to catch you when you fall after the clock stops ticking.
Every Friday, starting the 24th of February, we will host the Open during our regular timetable at both locations Amstel & Buitenveldert. On Sunday, after the final WOD, you will get the change (or maybe a retry) to complete the Open workout of the week at location Amstel. We’ll start at 12am till 2pm. If you are a Buitenveldert member “only”, you sure as hell can join. You are that person that must show up at Amstel, on Sundays, at 12am.
Nobody needs to register, show up.
Weekly your scores are being uploaded and you can find your score and ranking at games.crossfit.com when you log in. We will weekly post a Mobilis ranking.
If, in a very special and rare case, you can’t make it on Friday and Sunday, be kind, drop us a Facebook PM or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and bring some Tony Chocolonely. Maybe one of the trainers will judge you whilst competing one of the Open workouts.
