How to approach
This is a fast, sprint style workout, that will ask a lot from your grip and your lungs. If you know that one of the movements might be a weakness (KB swings or pull-ups) choose to break it up, but as little as possible.
Your run should be fast, but allow your grip to recover well. Try to minimize or even eliminate any breaks (water, towel).
Transition between movements quickly.
A sub 10′ min time would be excellent, but the aim is to finish within the 13′ min. mark (both Rx & scaled)
