400m plate OH walking lunge 20/15kg
300 plate ground to OH 20/15kg
500m plate carry 20/15kg
100m pinch grip plate carry 20/15kg
50 burpees over partner, partner has plate on back 20/15kg
Switch between partners how you like, plate is not allowed to touch the ground (except with ground to OH)
