*1 rep is holding 2″seconds halfway to the bottom, AND 2″seconds in the bottom, then stand all the way up.
Repeat another 4 times.

AMRAP (no time involved)
Chin Ups @BW
Bicep Curl @20/15kg
*Do 3 sets. Pause 2’minutes after 1 set.
*First AMRAP Chin Ups then immediately the AMRAP Bicep Curls.
