A> Practice Toe Nail strict transition
B> 10/15×1 Muscle Up Negative, Rest 60″
*Perform with as much control (slow) as possible, including transition.
Lower to rings, place toes on ground and do transition through and to kneeling is ok. But try without or as less help as possible.
