5 x 3 @ 130% of snatch 1RM (use straps)

2) Overhead squat
5 x 3 @ 85% of snatch 1RM
5sec pause at the bottom each rep

3) High hang snatch
8 x 1 @ 80-85% of snatch 1RM

4) Homework:
