finishes the run, and moves on to the pull-ups,
while partner 2 starts the run, etc.

Hang clean high pull
5 x 3 @ 130% of clean 1RM (use straps)

2) Behind the neck push press
5 x 3 @ 85% of jerk 1RM

3) High hang clean + deep power jerk
8 x 1 @ 85% of C&J 1RM
