Strip Sets
Take 20 minutes to find your daily 5RM
– rest 5 Min
Start with your daily 5 RM and do as many reps as Possible
When you fail your partner takes of 5kg on each site
With this weight you start again untill you fail etc etc..

The goal is 60 reps AHAP (can be an empty bar for the last set)

Overhead Squat
