5 3-minute AMRAPS:
10 Burpees
10 Front Squats 60/40kg
* 3 min rest between rounds

These are max effort rounds.
The weight should NOT be a limiting factor.
Goal should be around 3 rounds per AMRAP.
So scale the weight to keep intensity high
and go unbroken on the squats
